Advantages
◆ High Strength and Stiffness: PA66GF30 is composed of a polyamide 66 base material reinforced with 30% glass fiber, possessing extremely high tensile strength and flexural modulus, suitable for application scenarios that require bearing significant stress and impact.
◆ High-Temperature Performance: PA66GF30 has a heat deflection temperature of up to 270°C or more, with a long-term service temperature range between -40°C and 180°C, maintaining excellent dimensional stability and mechanical properties in higher temperature environments.
◆ Wear Resistance and Low Friction Coefficient: Due to the addition of glass fiber, the wear resistance of PA66GF30 is significantly improved, making it suitable for high-wear environments and a good choice for transmission parts like gears and bearings.
◆ Flame Retardancy: By adding halogen-free flame retardants, the flame retardancy grade of PA66GF30 can reach UL94V-0, and it does not produce drips when exposed to open flame, effectively preventing flame spread and ensuring safety during use.
◆ Low Cost: Its production cost is relatively low, and the processing is relatively simple, suitable for mass production, effectively reducing production costs for enterprises.
◆ Good Corrosion Resistance: Plastic materials generally have good tolerance to water and chemicals, are not easily affected by corrosion, and are suitable for harsh environments such as chemical equipment.
