Advantages
◆ Lightweight: The material has low density, so it is lighter than metal housings.
◆ Low Cost: Its production cost is relatively low, and the processing is relatively simple, suitable for mass production, effectively reducing production costs for enterprises.
◆ Good Corrosion Resistance: Plastic materials generally have good tolerance to water and chemicals, are not easily affected by corrosion, and are suitable for harsh environments such as chemical equipment.
◆ Fatigue Resistance and Creep Resistance: Maintains mechanical properties even at high temperatures, high-temperature fatigue strength can reach twice that of ordinary materials.
◆ Flame Retardancy and Insulation: Glass fiber reinforcement improves material flame retardancy.
◆ Thermal Properties: PBT-GF30 has good thermal stability, with a melt temperature of 223°C and a mold temperature of 85°C, and exhibits excellent heat resistance in thermo-mechanical fatigue tests. Under a load of 1.82MPa, the heat deflection temperature can reach 200-210°C.
◆ Water Absorption: PBT-GF30 has a low water absorption rate, which gives it good stability in humid environments.
