Advantages
◆ Heat Resistance: PET bobbins have a high heat deflection temperature and long-term service temperature. Reinforced PET immersed in a 250°C solder bath for 10 seconds shows almost no deformation or discoloration, making it particularly suitable for manufacturing electronic and electrical parts for soldering.
◆ Mechanical Properties: PET bobbins have a flexural strength of up to 200MPa and a flexural modulus of up to 4000MPa, with good creep and fatigue resistance, high surface hardness, and mechanical properties similar to thermosetting plastics.
◆ Electrical Insulation: PET bobbins have excellent electrical insulation properties, and their electrical performance remains good even at high temperatures and high frequencies.
◆ Low Cost: Its production cost is relatively low, and the processing is relatively simple, suitable for mass production, effectively reducing production costs for enterprises.
◆ Impact Resistance: Effectively absorbs impact force, reducing the impact of external collisions on internal components of the device.
◆ Wide Application: PET bobbins can be used to manufacture electronic coil bobbins, household appliance parts, communication equipment parts, printed circuit boards, etc., with good processing fluidity and flame retardant properties.
