Basic Information

Material:  PA66 GF15   Dimensional Accuracy: ±0.03mm 

Advantages

Lightweight:  Although the density increases from about 1.14g/cm³ for pure PA66 to about 1.45-1.55g/cm³, compared to traditional metal materials, PA66 GF15 still has significant advantages, retaining the ease of processing of plastic while achieving a high strength-to-weight ratio.

 Low Cost: Its production cost is relatively low, and the processing is relatively simple, suitable for mass production, effectively reducing production costs for enterprises.

 Good Corrosion Resistance: Plastic materials generally have good tolerance to water and chemicals, are not easily affected by corrosion, and are suitable for harsh environments such as chemical equipment. 

 Fatigue Resistance and Creep Resistance: Maintains mechanical properties even at high temperatures, high-temperature fatigue strength can reach twice that of ordinary materials. 

 Flame Retardancy and Insulation: Glass fiber reinforcement improves material flame retardancy. 

 Thermal Properties: Heat deflection temperature (HDT) is about 210-230°C, long-term service temperature can reach 120-150°C, superior to unreinforced PA66.
